| I used to make this quite often when I was in college. First cook some rice on the side, any kind you like. Ingredients: 6 to 8 chicken tenders (dethawed) OR 4 to 5 pieces of chicken thighs 1 can of Campbell Cream of Mushroom Slightly brown the chicken in a skillet. For healthier choice, I use chicken broth instead of oil. You just have to keep adding the broth so it doesn't dry out. When the chicken is almost done, pour in the can of cream of mushroom. Let it sit for a few minutes (4 to 5 minutes). Voila, you're done! Put some rice on the plate, a few pieces of chicken and some of that cream over the rice. Maybe some steamed green beans or any vegetable on the side. |

I have the easiest cobbler recipe in the world!! My mother would make it with whatever fruit was in season and serve it with ice cream. It's still a family favorite. 1 stick butter (sometimes I use half butter/half canola oil) 2 generous cups of fruit 1 egg 1 cup sugar 1 cup milk 1 cup Bisquick Baking Mix Melt butter in the bottom of a 9x9 baking dish Peel and slice fruit and spread evenly on top of butter Hand mix egg, sugar, milk, and Bisquick into a thick lumpy batter and pour on top of fruit. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until center is firm. When I make apple, I put some cinnamon in the batter, for peach I add nutmeg, for blueberry its vanilla. I also sprinkle some sugar on top of the batter before I put it in the oven and it makes a bit of a crisp glaze on top. YUUUMMMM!!! And if you use canned fruit or something like blueberries that you don't have to peel, it takes just a couple of minutes to throw this together.

| I have a really good chicken casserole recipe. 1 Lb. chicken breast tenders 1 can cream of celery soup 8 oz. sour cream Milk 1 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs (like pepperridge farms for making stuffing) Empty soup in bowl and fill can with milk and add to soup. Add the sour cream and mix well. Spray 9" X 13" baking dish with no stick spray. Place chicken breast tenders in baking dish and pour soup mixture over the top. Bake for 1 hour at 350*. The last 5 minutes of baking add the seasoned stuffing to the top and return to oven. This is really good served with rice. You can use Healthy Request soup and no fat sour cream to make this lower in fat. I hope you enjoy this. It is really easy and very good.

| I made the chocolate cheese cake last night, OK I am going to gain alot of weight, it is delicous, my daughter actually wanted it for her breakfast this morning so we cut off a little sliver and shared it. Everyone who likes sweets has got to try it and it is really easy to make. It is very rich so I don't think you could eat alot in one sitting which trust me is good thing I can see the scales moving now. |

| I have several. This is my hubby's favorite. It's similiar to O'charley's loaded potato soup. Clean & cube potatoes 3 -4 depending on size I use the red ones Put in a microwave safe bowl with water and cook. Time depends on your microwave. 1 stick of butter or margarine (stock pan) 1/4 - 1/2 cup of flour in melted margarine. Stir until mixed Chicken boullion cube 4 Cups of milk 1 container sour cream Cheese (shreeded) put amt that you want When potatoes are done drain and add to soup. Garnish with cherry tomatoes, green onions, bacon bits & cheese. I also make homemade chesse/garlic biscuits like red lobsters.
