I have a really good chicken casserole recipe.
1 Lb. chicken breast tenders
1 can cream of celery soup
8 oz. sour cream
Milk
1 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs (like pepperridge farms
for making stuffing)
Empty soup in bowl and fill can with milk and add to soup. Add the sour cream and mix well. Spray 9" X 13" baking dish with no stick spray. Place chicken breast tenders in baking dish and pour soup mixture over the top. Bake for 1 hour at 350*. The last 5 minutes of baking add the seasoned stuffing to the top and return to oven. This is really good served with rice.
You can use Healthy Request soup and no fat sour cream to make this lower in fat. I hope you enjoy this. It is really easy and very good. |
