Easy Stir Fry
4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed
Carrots
Broccoli
Bell peppers
1 can baby corn
2 can's Water Chestnuts
1 bottle of Kukmond (sp) Stir Fry sauce (it's in a green bottle)
Cook chicken till half way done in a large covered pot (only use a small amount of oil and NO seasoning)
Add the carrots, broccoli and Bell peppers
Cover
cook until veggies are soft but slightly crunchy and chicken is cooked through
Add corn and water chestnuts and sauce
Cook uncovered 5 minutes
Serve over Rice |
