| ![]() Here is a delicious recipe for chicken breasts. You can cook it on a George Forman grill (double yummy & quick) or you can bake it in a 350* oven. You take 4 skinless and boneless c.b. and slit down the middle lengthwise but not all the way through. Then you mix up a pack of Hidden Valley ranch or buttermilk ranch dressing and marinate the chicken in it up to 15 minutes. Always use the dry mix-learned from experience that out of the bottle is not good. Then stuff the chicken with about a tablespoon or two of cream cheese and grill or bake. My picky family tore it up so good luck and hope yours likes it too!!! ![]() |

Old fashioned cook I reckon... here is one for ya to try... peel and dice potatoes boil until tender drain place in casserole dish dab with butter or oleo pour a can of celery soup over the whole thing. (don't even have to stir or add water) bake in 350 degree oven for aprox 25 to 30 minutes. I LOVE TATERS!

| ![]() here is another one that I have made for a long time. I got this recipe watching the Mike Douglas show years ago. He used to have a celebrity do their favorte dish. This one was done by Marie and Donnie Osmand. You can use any vegie that you want. layer in this order and place in a casserole dish browned and drained hamburger can of creamed corn can of peas and carrots mashed potatoes to cover sprinkle with paprika and bake in 350 degree oven about 30 minute. It will get golden brown on the top. this looks horrible but taste is great. My kids still ask me to make this when they come to visit or I visit them. It was the only way I could get them to eat peas when they were small. Try it you will like it!

| ![]() Cottage pie.............. Serves 4 people Boil 8 large potatoes, then mash, adding 3 tbsp of butter Boil 2 large packets of minced meat after 15 minutes add a tbsp of gravy granules, boil for a further 15 minutes, or so, until cooked. place the mince in a deep oven dish, and cover with mash potatoes, bake in the oven at 250 degrees for 35, when the mash turns golden brown sprinkle a layer of grated cheese (your choice) on top. Cook for a further 15 minutes until the cheese has totally melted. Serve with veg of your choice and gravy, or serve with chips and salad. This is a great meal for the winter, when its freezing cold, but also nice in the summer with salad. ![]() |

| ![]() I just made this homemade Salsa and my family went wild. I got some tomatoes from a co-worker's garden-she couldn't keep up with her harvest-I reaped the reward!! Easy Salsa: 4 Large ripe tomatoes 1/2 sweet onion, finely chopped 1 juiced lime 1 tbsp white vinegar 1 tbsp EVOO(extra virgin olive oil: Rachel Ray style..hehe) 1 tsp salt 2 cloves pressed garlic (or chopped if you don't have a garlic press) 1 small dry red pepper (or about 1 teaspoon of crushed red peppers) 1 jalepeno pepper, seeds removed and finely chopped. (Habenero if you like heat) Boil some water and drop tomatoes in, them immediately pull them out and put them in a pot of cold water. This will make peeling them easy! Peel the tomatoes, then chop them coarsly and place in a colander in your sink. Let the extra juices and seeds run out(although it will still be a bit juicy with nice ripe tomatoes). In a large bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients and stir well. Add tomatoes last, toss gently to coat. Serve with tortilla chips. This stuff was good the first day, but awesome the second day!! I can't wait to get more garden tomatoes!!!
