| Once you get the hang of your blender you will know the perfect amount of fruits and veggies to use. I tend to find the leftovers look kinda gross. LOL

I mix it with grape tomatoes, cucumbers, black beans, red onions, cilantro and squeeze some lemon with agave syrup + some salt. They are so refreshing delicious!

the blender is chopping the veggies too fast and oxidize them & therefor veggies loose its nutrients. there are a lot of cold pressed juices for $$$ which is masticated juices. You invest in machine = save money in long run. Meanwhile, I've been drinking warm water with half lemon, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon in the morning, and its been helping me with metabolism as well as fighting cold. I use blender for now as well. I mix coconut milk with kale, spinach, cucumber, banana, and add some protein powder with honey. it taste pretty good.

Have you thought of a natural sweetener, Stevia? I have been using it for the last couple of years now and really like it. As sugar has always been my downfall, I use it alone, or with a bit of brown sugar in my coffee/tea. I find the flavor comparable to vanilla It comes in powder, crystal or liquid form. I wonder if that will work better for you, as you are not sure about the sweetener in this recipe? Having said that, I have yet to use it in a recipe, but don't see why it wouldn't work. Anyone else ever use it in their baking? I get it at our local London Drugs store and also have found it at the grocery store. It is usually in with the other sugars. Yesterday, I even found it in packages in a local restaurant... for the first time | |

| I think I heard 'Monkfruit in the Raw' is the current healthiest sweetener BC its "natural". I don't get it. I just use sugar. To me it seems better to just have a small amount of real sugar than put all that weird crap in my body. Ick.

| And really, why do we need artificial sweeteners st all? I don't add sugar to anything. I stopped drinking coffee. I don't add it to my tea either. And I don't bake. Idk. The only sugars I really have been consuming are those from fruit, and I've limited my fruit intake quite a bit.

| I made myself a banana strawberry and greek yogurt smoothie for breakfast. Dropping my daughter off at Knotts Berry Farm for her birthday with her friend (she's too cool to hang out with mom anymore). So 15 years ago today at this time I was tired as f*** after over 20 hours of labor and still had 6 to go!! lol Then going to zumba at 11 AM after I drop them off. | I drank my 8 cups of water yesterday. I am going to try to do that everyday. lol 8 cups is a half gallon I found out after a Google search so I need to buy a 1/2 gallon water jug to keep track or I will never be able to do it. |

Awesome job!!! Lol I was reading about how its actually impossible to "spot reduce" a specific area of your body bc you will always lose fat all over your body, but you can still tone a specific muscle area. For me I've always gained weight in my hips and thighs, but my tummy has gotten huge too, so I've been doing so much abs stuff. I can see a little doffeence in my leg jiggle already haha Btw happy push day lol. AT least dropping her off means you won't be around the cake! My birthday is coming up and I'd give anything to spend it with my mom! Weird how that changes again when you grow up huh?
