Best thing is to get masticating juicer such as Omega nutrition center $$$(I'm planning to get it when I figure out cheeky's vet bill…)
the blender is chopping the veggies too fast and oxidize them & therefor veggies loose its nutrients. there are a lot of cold pressed juices for $$$ which is masticated juices. You invest in machine = save money in long run.
Meanwhile, I've been drinking warm water with half lemon, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon in the morning, and its been helping me with metabolism as well as fighting cold.
I use blender for now as well. I mix coconut milk with kale, spinach, cucumber, banana, and add some protein powder with honey. it taste pretty good.
