Carmen Priscilla has a point eventually the cravings for the junk type food start to go away, on Sunday my husband ate bacon for breakfast, one of my favorite things to eat, and I did not even feel tempted, it's been two weeks today and I have not cheated expect for some gum with sugar (which I have now ditched) I am a little frustrated since I have not really lost anything such Sunday, I was hoping I would not reach the dreaded dieters plateau this early in the game. I am keeping up though. I have not been exercising enough either so I need to do more of that.

I was surprised by potatoes as well for belly fat, my waist used to be one of my best body parts but LOL my gut took it over. I do think though that a lot of the 12 pounds I lost so far were off that already, it is looking better. here is one of my tests, when lying in bed on my side not as much of my gut hangs down

It's true. Back when I went on my health binge (and succeeded) the first time, after a while, if I ate a hamburger, it was too much for my tummy and it gave me a belly ache. All the fat and grease made me feel ill. But I got to admit, I was healthy and felt great. That is my goal to get that healthy again.

I probably wont have time to make it to the gym today. I have to hang out at my school this morning finishing up some paperwork and then I work tonight. I am a little sore today from that bootcamp class yesterday, so I will just call it a break day. I like break days like this because I am still moving around. It's not like I am sitting on my butt doing anything. I think I will jump on the scale again tomorrow. Yes that scares me. I hope it budged a little more this time.

I love Ping pong, wish I could get my hubby to play, we had one when I was a kid and have lots of good memories playing with my dad, the games could get quite heated. Some nights after dinner I start dancing around like a rockette figuring that will burn off my dinner, plus it pisses my husband off, he says "YOU ARE STARTING TO GET ANNOYING" so I kick higher, it also gets Lola riled up

When I first started all of this I was 153. This morning the scale said 149. It's coming off but veeerrrryyyy slowly. ugggg. Kind of frustrating but at least its not going up I suppose.

I am going to pay a bill, jump in the shower and then go to the gym. No work today. Woo hoo!

4 lbs lost is great, better than 4 lbs gained. Not telling my weight but let's just say 149 is not far from my goal and I have a ways to go, but of course I am 7' tall

I have always felt that I was not overweight, just to short for my weight

Well it was inevitable I cheated last night

after being so good all day I started craving one of my favorite go to snacks, hot air pop corn with olive oil. that would not have been to bad, but then I remembered there was still some red wine left, so I had that which was only about half a glass, well that got me going so I opened a new bottle and had a full glass. well that would not be to bad, but then I had a half of cup of my husbands choco chip ice creme

And today I was a pound lighter

but with I know it takes two days to show the gain. So I went to the gym and did 45 min of cardio, plan to do some more on my home treadmill later as well as move around cleaning the house and not cheat today. I am not going to beat myself up since I went over two weeks without one slip up.

I do phone work. So I am sitting on my butt while I am working. I am always off on Fridays.

PF isn't open yet, actually doesnt even have an opening date, sadly! In the meantime I bought a 3 month membership to Aerofit which is where I go for zumba twice a week

lol he didn't seem to particularly enjoy it but he didn't have to use his inhaler so it couldn't have been that bad.

He didn't even bring music...he just watched the news haha.
