4 lbs lost is great, better than 4 lbs gained. Not telling my weight but let's just say 149 is not far from my goal and I have a ways to go, but of course I am 7' tall I have always felt that I was not overweight, just to short for my weight


Well it was inevitable I cheated last night after being so good all day I started craving one of my favorite go to snacks, hot air pop corn with olive oil. that would not have been to bad, but then I remembered there was still some red wine left, so I had that which was only about half a glass, well that got me going so I opened a new bottle and had a full glass. well that would not be to bad, but then I had a half of cup of my husbands choco chip ice creme And today I was a pound lighter but with I know it takes two days to show the gain. So I went to the gym and did 45 min of cardio, plan to do some more on my home treadmill later as well as move around cleaning the house and not cheat today. I am not going to beat myself up since I went over two weeks without one slip up.
