It's true. Back when I went on my health binge (and succeeded) the first time, after a while, if I ate a hamburger, it was too much for my tummy and it gave me a belly ache. All the fat and grease made me feel ill. But I got to admit, I was healthy and felt great. That is my goal to get that healthy again.
