| ![]() I'm too embarassed to post it. I posted a picture that shows just how huge I am so I can use it as my "before". Maybe once I have some results i'll post it...? I went for another jog today but made the mistake of bringing Luma. She enjoys walking and she foesnt mind if I jog, but usually I have another person with me and she likes that better. she was being really lazy, it was freezing and windy, and my phone wasn't cooperating (tried to use a running app but couldn't get a signal for gps) so I called it quits...pretty disappointing. Zumba at 7 tonight though. ![]()

| ![]() I hear that fat free dressings/sauces are really bad bc they have to use a lot of salt AND sugar to make it taste better. To me it's not satisfying and I end up using more, and it just tastes bleh. I try to use just lemon and some salt and pepper, that way I know how much salt I'm putting on, or just do oil and balsamic.

| ![]() Hey any of you girls who have sweet tooths, have you tried the fruit frozen yogurts you make at home? Frozen fruit, honey or agave nectar, Greek yogurt and lemon, that's it. 5-Minute Healthy Peach Frozen Yogurt Recipe | Just a Taste

| ![]() Yes, especially wheat. Brown rice was about the only carb allowed. No dairy except Greek yogurt and all the low glycemic veggies you can eat plus lean/low fat meats such as chicken and fish, mostly fish. I'm going to go print off the diet and give it a try...I'm so tired of being stuck at the same weight, I feel like I need a jump start.

| ![]() Have you tried Greek yogurt? Bc I felt the same as you about plain yogurt until Greek yogurt was easy to find. Regular plain yogurt is so thin, watery, and sour in a weird spoiled way. Greek yogurt is so thick, creamy, rich, a tiny bit salty, it's almost like sour cream.
