| Co workers r the worst!!! Of course being broke makes it so much easier to eat cheap crap too . That's how I initially gain my weight. I would really like to go down 7-10, but I'd be happy w even five.I hhaven't been able to lose more than 3. |

| Lets do it! Yay! My first weigh in will be next Friday. That's a safe date for me. Then I will tell how many official pounds I have to go. |

| Day 1 I power walked, Day 2 I mixed power walking with some jogging, and yesterday I got my zumba CD's. I'm about to get my Zumba on before work right now. |

I agree about being broke making it hard to buy better food. Jumbo Jacks are only $1 and the grilled chkn is $5 at Jack in the Box. But fruits and veggies are usually pretty cheap.

| 2 pounds down and 18 to go. (I had more to lose than I thought) Ahh well. I'd be happy with 15 total lost too. I'd still fit in my sexy jeans at that. |

| Good job! Keep it up! I think I've actually lost some since I've been back. I'm craving tons of veggies now. Everything tastes so salty to me.

| I've almost lost 2lbs as well! I really haven't even been exercising properly AT ALL... but I cut out soda, and have been calorie counting!

| Keep it up girls! I think just making smart food choices can impact us a lot, sometimes even more so than working out. I'm really into fermented foods right now. Supposedly has a lot of health benefits. Kombucha, sauerkraut, Kim chi, etc. Good for the gut and the waistline. Also making them myself saves money and it's fun.

| Officially back on to counting calories. I really need to keep this up. I tried to wear a pair of pants that fit perfectly when I bought them months ago, but they wouldn't go past my thighs.

I've been doing pretty good. About to go pig out, but only nibbled on things today as well as worked out pretty hard at the gym this morning in order to make room to pig out. I hope I don't wake up tomorrow morning feeling like the ham or turkey or tamales I am about to eat! lol

| That's one of the reasons I took 2 weeks off from work for the holidays. We really don't celebrate the holidays, so staying away from coworkers will be a big help in controlling portion size and the food I eat. No pigging out for the next week and a half.

| Smart choice. I tried to be as good as possible last night. I did ok, except for the wine and champagne of coarse. That probably killed it calorie wise for me. |
