I'm 36. It seems weight was a lot easier to lose when i was in my 20's! LOL Dark chocolate is known to prevent certain types of cancers. So it's not completely bad. My mom is a cancer nurse and works for a very respected oncologist. She tells me all kinds of stuff like this - which is where I got that info.

Got on that evil scale again today. So I have 3 more lbs to go until I get back down to the weight I was the last time I said I was going to start dieting.

| I just remembered a healthy snack. For anyone who likes sushi, it's the Korean nori, called roasted laver. Most big markets have it in the Asian section but usually only the Annie Chung brand and it's pretty pricey, like 99 cents a pkg. If you have an asian market near you, more specifically Korean, but most asian markets will have it. They are much cheaper, like a 9pk for $3.99, and lots of different brands. Look for the ones with sesame, sunflower, or canola oil. Avoid palm oil and msg. It's like 10cals a pack and really hits the craving if you want chips. That is, if you already like the taste of nori. If you hate seaweed/sushi, I don't think you'll like this LOL. But we always keep some at the house. I love it. Oh, closest thing to it is kale chips, but so much cheaper! Texture is just like kale chips. Even lighter.

A bottle a day? Do you think that is safe. That stuff is pretty potent. I was doing tbs three times a day before each meal. I am going to be tested tonight for the game. Were having pizza, chips and dips and lots of alcohol. So I went and got some Bacardi and diet coke and I am just going to have to control myself. lol

| Not a bottle of the ACV straight. But a bottle of water with 2 tbs of ACV with chia seeds. Do you think that's ok? Eat a healthy snack before you go!!!

| Im craving bread like craaazyyyy tonight. Like i want a spicy chicken wrap...but I have been sooo dikigent about not eating gluten. Cheating is just so not worth it. I need to figure dinner out, its 7pm and I haven't eaten all day bc I was really really busy all day long. Went to the ATM and saw a sign for Planet Fitness, coming soon to my town! I'm so excited about it! I'm going to be in there so much they're gonna get sick of me. but I heard all this crazy stuff about how PF is a "fat people gym" because they give out free pizza, bagels, and candy. and that they removed the squat rack from every gym. I am excited bc its so cheap and I mostly want to use the cardio equipment, so the weights aren't that big of a deal to me. plus the whole "Lunk Alarm" thing will keep the college athletes and meatheads away. I don't eat pizza or bagels anyway, so I'll just ignore that haha. crazy that they'd do that at a gym.

| Why would they give out pizza and bagels? Seems counterintuitive to me. Or is it just a joke? I mean that lunk alarm is pure comedy right there. I don't think it would keep the college crowd away though, bc it's cheap, that will draw them in. I overheard a friend of a friend talking about her joining Equinox. She said one of the worker there corrected her when she called it a gym. "It's not a gym, it's a club". It's more like a dating service. I guess people pay ridiculous amounts to go to a gym so they know everyone else there paid the same (meaning they have lots of money). And have you seen their ads? They use skinny minnie models that look like they couldn't lift a fork to put food in the mouth. Oh wait....
