So am I. But I don't have a party as an excuse. I ate esquite (sp?) and pho broth w fish balls and one egg for dinner. No noodles. And BIL brought home pizza!

How true is that! I have figured out that it is even is true this day... literally speaking that is. I just looked at pics of a few years ago and thought 'not too bad looking'. Age is not the kindest thing, so in a few years I expect to be saying, 'not too bad looking' once again So everyone out there, be thankful what you look like today, as it will be appreciated in a few years from now when looking back. Well, that's my thought anyways

It appears that they do have a pizza day and bagel day, also giving out LOTS to tootsie rolls Not so sure what to think of that. What do you all think about it?

Carmeow - I took your post about having fruit in water to another level I had a rum/coke last night and didn't want to water it down with icecubes, so I used frozen blueberries instead It worked well and had some booze infused bberries as a healthy treat at the end K, not what you had in mind, but it was a nice way to incorporate fruit

I don't know if I mentioned this already, but in the same vein, I have three more ponds to lose until I get back to where I was last time I wanted to lose weight! And I looked at some pics of me from about 6-7 years ago and I thought omg I was too skinny back then! And I remember wanting to lose 5 more pounds back then too! I would love to be even close to being 5 pounds heavier than what I was in those pics.

You see on the bottom right corner of your post? There is the "quote" button. Next to that is a button with "+. That is the button you click on all the post you want to multiquote. I think you can do up to three. Go ahead and try it!

Haha, that works too! Gotta get those servings of fruit in somehow



And YES I'm soooo serious about the pizza and bagels at PF. Ridiculous and just plain weird. Almost loses credibility as a gym doing stuff like that for "customer appreciation". How about free fruit? :/ anyway, I'm not letting it bother me. $10 a month is a good price and I don't need to pay for all the bells and whistles other gym memberships come with, like child care or tanning.

Also can I just say, this morning I woke up and my bf immediately commented saying I looked "adorable" and he wouldn't stop hugging me and commenting on my looks. (My hair was not brushed and I had no makeup on)

I really think my hair and skin are looking better than ever and I credit it to eating clean every day since I first posted in this thread. Also I've lost 7 lbs. so far. I've been feeling really happy and healthy lately. thanks for starting this thread and thanks everyone who is participating in the discussion!!

got through the weekend and the night out at the barbeque restaurant with no problem, I looked at the menu ahead of time so figured out what to order and never looked at when we got there. I also ate a plate of stir fired yellow and green squash, mushrooms and onions. I find it easier not to have any wine, because one glass leads to two and two leads to three. it's not been quite a week on the Oz diet but I lost 6 lbs so far. I know from dieting before that you tend to loose weight quickly at first so I can't count on this every week. Hard to believe but I am enjoying the restrictions of the diet, it takes the guess work out of what to eat and keeps me from trying to snack and eat just a little of this and a little of that. Bad news is my husband says my breath is bad and I am experiencing a lot of gas
I do take two probiotic pills in the morning so I was hoping that would not happen but it must not have kicked in yet
