| What is your at-home exercising routine? I have lost 50 pounds and I have done it without exercising, so you can imagine that I need to TONE UP! I can't go to a gym, so what do you do for exercising at home? Or what are your favorite exercise videos? |

| 1 word RUN. lol when i dont have cheer practice, i still must keep in shape. I usually run 1 mile set throughout the day, plus crunches, situps & of course ALOt of time on the tramp. I love the trampoline cuz its fun and u get a full body workout.. while your bouncing. i would try those excersize DVDs 2, they are fun and keep you moving |

| Years ago I used... The Firm w/ Susan Harris ... it's aerobics w/ weights...I was at my smallest then...all their tapes are great but tough...after exercising for 5 days a week for about 15 years I stopped...I haven't done it in about 5 years & regret it..I should get them out again.. what ever you decide to do go slow & easy.. don't push it..Good Luck!

| CONGRATS on your weight loss! I am a HUGE fan of the mini tramp. I jog on it for 45 minutes a day and use little hand weights while jogging. Then when finished I use my exercise ball to do sit ups and leg lifts for 15 minutes. I used to do Tae Bo but I have a bad back now and all of the kicking aggravates it so I had to stop I also take the pups to the beach for an hour or two with my son and go for a walk on nice days. One those days I skip my mini tramp. |

| I absolutely love a program called Turbo Jam! It's a fun kickboxing/dancing combo dvd w/a great instructer Chalene Johnson. It's got awesome music and the time just flies by while I'm doing it! It's also good for all activity levels beginner-advanced because she shows you how to modify every move to make it easy or harder depending on where you're at =) CONGRATULATIONS on the 50 lb loss! I'm working to lose about that amount myself! <3 |

| My routine? I routinely think about actually putting one of my yoga or pilates DVDs in. Although, now that I have Milo---- I actually move more that I had been doing, so that's a start. |

| Yoga Booty Ballet. Stupid name, but a fun and great workout. I started with the Light and Easy: (I didn't like the Latin Flavor as much; but the Light and Easy disc is one of my favorite. You have so much fun dancing you forget you're working out.) http://www.amazon.com/Yoga-Booty-Bal...5811315&sr=8-3 Recently I bought the Yoga Booty Ballet Kit; and I love this also. I've only been able to do the 1st disk on this one because I bought the kit Monday, and I've been fighting a cold or something the last two days. But it's living up so far to the 1st DVD I bought months ago: http://www.amazon.com/Booty-Ballet-C...5811621&sr=8-2 And a little background; I've lost 25lbs so far using the Yoga Booty Ballet: Light and Easy DVD and Kathy Smith's Functionally Fit. I've also started walking since the weather is warming up. Good Luck! Hope this helps. Recently I bou

| I use weights every other day with dvd - I also keep in shape with yoga and pilates. You really have to find dvd's that you like or else it will get boring. It's very important to be consistent. I haven't been as consistent this last year and I've gained 10 lbs. I started again with my program last month and I've now lost 6 lbs (I eat pretty healthy-but I have to have Ice Cream @ least 4 times a week ) Good Luck!!! Congrats on all the weight you've lost

| Congratulations on your weight loss. That's fantastic!!! I have back issues so everyday I do exercises to strengthen my core and stretches that my dr. and physical therapist gave me. Recently I began using the elliptical for 30 minutes. I also started doing pilates again but I'm taking my time with that because my core isn't as strong as it used to be prior to my back injury. I also walk with Max and Abbie when the weather is nice. It started getting warmer the past few weeks so we were able to go for longer walks but within the last few days, it got REALLY cold (there were even snow flurries today ) so they just go out to potty now.
