1 word RUN. lol when i dont have cheer practice, i still must keep in shape. I usually run 1 mile set throughout the day, plus crunches, situps & of course ALOt of time on the tramp. I love the trampoline cuz its fun and u get a full body workout.. while your bouncing. i would try those excersize DVDs 2, they are fun and keep you moving
