I have back issues so everyday I do exercises to strengthen my core and stretches that my dr. and physical therapist gave me. Recently I began using the elliptical for 30 minutes. I also started doing pilates again but I'm taking my time with that because my core isn't as strong as it used to be prior to my back injury. I also walk with Max and Abbie when the weather is nice. It started getting warmer the past few weeks so we were able to go for longer walks but within the last few days, it got REALLY cold (there were even snow flurries today

) so they just go out to potty now.
