I use weights every other day with dvd - I also keep in shape with yoga and pilates. You really have to find dvd's that you like or else it will get boring.
It's very important to be consistent. I haven't been as consistent this last year and I've gained 10 lbs.
I started again with my program last month and I've now lost 6 lbs (I eat pretty healthy-but I have to have Ice Cream @ least 4 times a week
