| ![]() I would really like to tone my arms. What about that? I have an elliptical that I don't mind doing but I am bored of it and want to go outside. So this last week I walked 2 miles, for 3 days. I guess I just need to switch it up a bit. I have a mini tramp but have no idea what I'm supposed to do with it. I also have a large trampoline in the back yard that I'm afraid I'll hurt myself on. | ![]() I work out (at the gym though) and push ups are great for arms, shoulders, chest and back... not the regular kind only but also try with elbows and above close to yor sides - this one is a tougher one, or putting palms flat with thumbs out, pointing fingers and thumbs touching forming a little triangle. but most people hate push ups...

| ![]() My routine. Let the dogs out, let the dog in, clean up the dog poop, clean up a puddle in the kitchen, fill the food bowl, clean up the waster they just spilled. Let the dogs out, put the stuffing back in the toy, let the dogs in, sew the hole in the toy, fill in the hole that the dogs dug. clean up the trash from the trash can they tipped over, fix the hole they chewed in the wall. clean the carpet, let the dogs out, let the dogs in. |
