CONGRATS on your weight loss! I am a HUGE fan of the mini tramp. I jog on it for 45 minutes a day and use little hand weights while jogging. Then when finished I use my exercise ball to do sit ups and leg lifts for 15 minutes. I used to do Tae Bo but I have a bad back now and all of the kicking aggravates it so I had to stop

I also take the pups to the beach for an hour or two with my son and go for a walk on nice days. One those days I skip my mini tramp.
