| I got into a pair of jeans today that I couldn't button up for the longest time today. I've been being really good lately. Not being home all day really helps. As of yesterday I am going to the gym on my way home from work. The traffic is really bad on the way home, so I use the gym as a detour to wait out the traffic. I think it's a good plan, and it ensures I workout everyday! |

| How's everyone doing? I've been keeping up with my new eating habits. Only one meal per day that includes meat and/or carbs. Not counting eggs or seafood as meat. I thought my belly was starting to look a bit smaller. I mentioned to bf and he said he had noticed a little bit ago. This diet works for me bc I don't feel as if I'm doing without. Like NO carbs is too limiting and makes me want to cheat. I'm also eating way more veggies this way.

| Doing okay....all my snacks for the past month have been healthy ones instead of junk, and saving for a wedding has drastically helped us cut down on eating out. Lol. Amazing what a little bit of pressure does for my motivation. I drank a LOT last night so I got a really good workout in this am. I've been to the gym every single day and its getting easier. I feel stronger and my thighs look slimmer to me. Still have a long way to go. And fiance got on the scale yesterday just for fun....GRRRRR what the heck? He eats sooo bad, claims he can't exercise due to asthma and he only weighs 155 lbs....wtf??? Its all in his gut though...haha he has bird legs and twig arms with a beer belly.

I save all my shrimp shells in the freezer and use it to make shrimp stock. You can do the same with chicken bones. If you buy raw chicken with the bones in them, it's cheaper. Cut out the bones yourself and save them to make stock or soup. We are also trying to cut down on our drinking. Only on weekends or if we have an event. Not only will that help me cut calories, but save money too! We figured the amount of money we spend on rum is probably what most people spend on cable tv each month. Christine, hope you feel better soon.

| OK guys, so I've spent the last week wallowing in my own depression! I don't know what my effin problem is but this isn't me! I need to snap out of it. My mom just invited me over for a bbq. My mom is a lot of fun and always knows how to make me feel better! Hopefully I will start feeling better after hanging out at her house for a while. |

| Haha... I've been asking the same question. I went through some soul searching or something for a full week and it wasn't fun, and I didn't care what I ate the whole time. Ah well back on the bandwagon I go. lol Vicious cycle I tell ya! |

| I do great during my work day, but I can't seem to keep it going at home in the evenings. I'll try again tomorrow...

| Im not dieting but exercising I am trying to tone up but it is enough the work out I do really kicks my butt but if I can firm up my sagginess it will be worth it. I lost about 25 lbs and I am small but I am also saggy. I want to look better it is no fun being small and saggy
