Doing okay....all my snacks for the past month have been healthy ones instead of junk, and saving for a wedding has drastically helped us cut down on eating out. Lol. Amazing what a little bit of pressure does for my motivation. I drank a LOT last night so I got a really good workout in this am. I've been to the gym every single day and its getting easier. I feel stronger and my thighs look slimmer to me. Still have a long way to go.
And fiance got on the scale yesterday just for fun....GRRRRR what the heck? He eats sooo bad, claims he can't exercise due to asthma and he only weighs 155 lbs....wtf??? Its all in his gut though...haha he has bird legs and twig arms with a beer belly. |
