| When it first came out, one of my co workers started on it and she lost a lot of weight. She wasn't even big to begin with though. She met the guy that owned HL. I say owned, bc he's now dead. He died a few years ago, and they said of "natural causes", but he was only in his 50s and worked out a lot. I can't help but wonder if his own product did him in. Or he was taking a new product that wasn't out on the market? Who knows. I wonder who is in charge now.

| Wow. When he died all I heard on the news was "natural causes". That's so sad. He had a huge company and still was depressed?

| I know huh? I thought the same thing. But I guess its the same as when a movie star or a rich person kills themselves. Everyone one wonders why. You just never know I guess. That article said he was only 44 too. |

| Or maybe he wasn't depressed. Maybe he just liked to pop pills and drink alcohol and over did it one night. |

| Almost a week on Herbalife and I must say I am feeling better and I have more energy. My mentor suggested HIIT workouts along with regular gym workouts. So I got 20 minutes of HIIT in on Monday and dam I am so sore! Short workout with high impact. There are free videos on You Tube if anyone wants to check them out. I also did 30 minutes at the gym yesterday too. Hoping I have time to get to the gym today, but IDK. I have a pretty busy day ahead of me. |

| I fear high intensity bc of my knees. Now that the weather is nice we are starting to swim. The pool in our neighborhood is done but we're just waiting for them to open it. I don't know when though. Maybe the filters have to do their thing for a while? Good things there's lots of pay to get in community pools here. Have to admit though, yesterday all we did was go down the water slides for two hours.

| Sorry I haven't been on. I've been so busy trying to get my life in order. I lost a few pounds on the herbalife, but had to stop it because it's kind of exp3ensive for my budget right now. But the good news is that i haven't gained any of the weight I lost, back. How are you guys doing? |

| Over the past weekend I got my visit from good old Mother Nature, so all I wanted to eat (when I even had an appetite) was purple yam ramen noodles. Two days I hardly ate, then followed by two days of nothing but carbs. LOL So I'm back to only one meal per day that has meat and carbs. Otherwise, lots of veggies and fruits. I think I am doing ok.
