No neighbors yet. One side is still an empty lot which the builder won't do until this neighborhood is almost sold out. We got in on one of the first phases so it will be awhile. On the other side the lady isn't moved in and only having wood floors put in. But anyway I doubt anyone wouldn't put a password on their Wi-Fi. Lol

So...I brought a sandwich to work with me to have for lunch, and the gals at work decide to order out. Give me an 'atta girl for sticking with my lunch.

You go girl!!! I fell off the wagon today and ate pizza for lunch and Chinese food for dinner. bad me! Back on the wagon tomorrow.

I'm in. A little late to the game, but I need to get back at it. I've gained about 10 pounds over the past 2 years and am not happy. I've started watching what I'm eating and am recording it on Spark People. Ugh, I'm hungry and it's almost 9 pm... lol

Special K cereal with organic non fat milk for breakfast, and a chicken chopped salad with fat free dressing for lunch today.. I'm doing good today too. yay.

I haven't been to the gym in three days though. I've been too busy.

I will be able to tomorrow though.

I did ok today despite a co-worker ordering pizza at lunch time for everyone. Nice gesture, I limited my portion to 2 small slices. A bake potato, a small piece of steak and cooked carrots for supper. I'm hoping to see some action on the scale...downward action that is.

Welcome aboard! I think I have probably lost a total of 5 lbs so far. lol This is only based on how my clothes fit, because I am too scared to jump on the scale still. I want to wait until my clothes are without a doubt really loose compared to how they use to be. I wish my body would quit being so dam stubborn! lol

Partying isn't the same as it use to be. When I use to party on a Saturday when I was in my 20's, I'd be up and at em on Monday like it was no big deal.... No when I party on a Saturday, I am tired until Wednesday!! LOL

Thanks! I'm the opposite, I weigh myself everyday. It is how I keep myself accountable for what I eat

I lost 20 pounds a couple years ago and have gained 10 of it back. I prefer staying on top of the problem when I am gaining weight... so I try to weigh myself often. I've just been lazy over the past 6 months and have gained a bit. I've already noticed a 2 pound change in the past week or so, so I must be doing something right!

Omg, I'm the same way! I remember when I was in my 20s/30s, I could drink on a Thursday night and still go to college classes or to work and snap back just fine. Now, I have 1 or 2 drinks and I can feel it for days! I sleep like crap and wake up exhausted. Age is fun.

I weigh myself a few times a week and find it helpful in knowing that I'm staying where I want to stay. I think when you're trying to lose weight though, it can be tougher to weigh yourself bc you don't want it to demotivate you.

Exactly. I went out drinking on Saturday night and I'm still having a hard time waking up I'm the morning and its Thursday! Lol

I've lost 4 pounds, but do not expect to continue at this rate... I want to lose 8 more pounds!
