How's everyone doing? I've been keeping up with my new eating habits. Only one meal per day that includes meat and/or carbs. Not counting eggs or seafood as meat. I thought my belly was starting to look a bit smaller. I mentioned to bf and he said he had noticed a little bit ago.

This diet works for me bc I don't feel as if I'm doing without. Like NO carbs is too limiting and makes me want to cheat. I'm also eating way more veggies this way.
