OMG! I still can't walk. I mean I can, but mannnn I am sore. I have been avoiding my room because it HURTS to walk up the stairs to get there. The laundry has been put on hold for now. lol

I find it less painful if I stretch for about 10 min or so... And if I'm feeling sore enough, I get some hot packs.

My salt cravings are killing me today. So I am boiling some broccoli and will dip them in mustard. That should satisfy my salt cravings for today.

Does any of your furbutt think it's play time when you're trying to stretch on the floor? -_- Magnus thinks I'm offering myself as a cushion for him to lounge on and Zoey tries to play fetch or figure out what I'm hiding by trying to "dig" herself inside when I'm in certain stretching positions. LOL

Yes. Charlie will get really close and just stare at me. He doesn't know what the heck I am doing, but it sure is interesting to him. lol

Kaji cries, whines, or will dig in my hair. That's why I try to workout, stretch, whatever at 5 am. He's still sleeping and usually leaves me alone. If for some reason I moved my workout to the afternoon, I give him a chew to work on. Only buys me 20 mins, but that's better than nothing!

Magnus stares at my mom when she's on the treadmill. He finds it SOOOOO entertaining for some reason. And he gets super excited when she's done. But the weird thing is... he gets scared when I'm on the treadmill and have his tail between his legs. Won't come close. It's times like this when I really REALLY wish our furbutts can talk so I can ask them questions!

Lola thinks it play time as well, when I lay on the floor she keeps putting her toy on my face or chest. If I do an aerobic video she tries to get between my feet. And forget about the big exercise ball, as soon as that comes out, she goes wild barking and trying to head butt it across the room. She is the first dog I know that actually wants to play with the big exercise ball, she pushes it all over knocking anything down in it's path. When I use it I know lock her out of my bedroom and then I store it in my Jacuzzi tub,

oh no who put them there I feel for you guys that have kids and spouses that like to keep snacks around or if you work at a place where munching is the norm. I would have a very hard time in that type of situation. I really have no excuse, I do ALL the grocery shopping and ALL the meal prep for just my husband and I, he works a lot and never snacks at home so if I don't buy it there is nothing here. I work for myself from home so if there is temptation then it's normally caused by me. Rolos are one of my favorite candies, I have a thing for chocolate and carmel, and especially carmel. If there was a bag laying around here, I would eat the whole bag.

My niece made a tin of cookies that was included in the Christmas box my sister sent me. I opened it up during the day when Ian was at work, I had two, then three, then came back and had more, then later a few more till I finished all 20 or so. I was cleaning up the evidence before he got home so I turned the tin over to shake out the crumbs and LOL there was a gift tag on the bottom saying To Uncle Ian, Love Shaylyn OMG I ate all the cookies that were supposed to be for him, I quickly called my sister and said you better NOT breathe a word to Ian that Shaylyn sent him cookies. I am bad really bad.
