| It's effected mine too, but in a positive way. Mines always been totally whacked out but lately has been very consistent and less painful. But I think in my case it is getting better due to becoming less overweight.

Mine is usually like clockwork, but I am a day late right now. But my body is surely going through changes since I've changed my habits a lot recently so I am not surprised.

| Looking forward to not having to worry about it. Seriously... I hate that part of being a girl. It's so inconvenient.

| It's a good day, I am down ten pounds from when I started the Oz diet, I can not remember if I started it on Wed or Thrusday, but either way I am a happy camper, I still have about 40 more to go, but I guess that's better than 50 more to go. off to the gym now, so Happy Saturday everyone

YT 2000 Club Member | dog Get out and walk. That's what I do with two other retired teachers. We walk around the blocks and pick up trash with a bag and gloves. The bending and stretching are good and the place where we live looks clean! You will meet nice people walking and feel so good. Do not keep high calorie stuff in the house. Just good snackin foods. Grab a carrot, eat a handful of almonds(so good for you!) Really concentrate on healthy foods and do not overeat. Just enough to feel satisfied. I eat little meals and not big ones. I Hate to feel stuffed. Here's to healthy habits! |

YT 2000 Club Member | dog One last thing to mention about health-if you have heartburn or acid reflux you MUST get that stopped. My husband developed esophageal cancer from acid reflux and that is what will happen if you do not take care of it asap! |

Oh no. Is your husband ok? I dont ever get heartburn, but my bf does. He takes medication to keep it at bay. It worries me because of that exact reason. But he takes a pill before he goes to bed that he said works well.
