| I found this. Diets and Calories: Eat Water Low Calorie Slim Noodles, Pasta, Rice Review I wonder if it's the same as the shirataki noodles which are made from yams. Low fat/carb "noodles". I've tried the shirataki and I felt they were great for noodle salads but not for noodle soups. I wonder if the other kind is better. I've never seen them before.

I ignore everyone at the gym. I go to workout and leave asap. I have a treadmill here at home, but I never stay on it long enough before I am side tracked and stop. I get more out of going to the gym. But I do know the personalities you are talking about. I just look straight and focus on what I am there for. I had a personal trainer walk up to me the other day to ask me if I felt I was getting the most out of my workout. I hate that. I was like... leave me alone! ugg.

| It's so hard to find healthy and low fat that I like so I make a lot of salads and add chicken and you hit on it Stirfry, is so good. I'm so sick of fish but still have it once a week. Good for you all, you're doing a great job. I am going to look for those noodles.

Then the "hot" mommas that wear skimpy clothes and don't really work out, and they stretch in front of people to show off or to get people's attention. I wish i could ignore them like you. They bother me so much I have not set foot in a gym in years.

I haven't tried to "noodles" yet in a stir fry. I liked them best as a cold noodle salad like I said, but I know most people are freezing right now and that probably isn't so appealing right now. As far as I know, only red wine! Or there's the Bacardi and Diet coke, but we all know diet drinks with fake sweeteners are no good. Once I was at a bar and ordered a Bacardi and Diet and the bartender says to me "Oh on a diet huh?" I was so mad.

| I use to drink Bacardi and diet coke all the time. I've had bartenders say that to me too. lol It's pretty obvious you are if you are drinking that because it isn't the best tasting mixture. |

| I've heard of this tip before to eat with chopsticks whenever possible. Most people aren't chopstick masters so it makes you slow down to eat. I'm actually very nimble with chopsticks so I can't say if this works or not. But what I have been trying to do is not shovel more food in my mouth if I'm still chewing on my current mouthful! I never realized i was doing this! As soon as I put food in my mouth I would chew maybe 3 times and then get more food and put in my mouth, so i was swallowing food that wasn't even properly chewed. This has forced to me slow down a lot. The slower you eat, the more full you will feel with less food. I'm also cutting down on my use of hot sauce big time. Tons of salt!

Yes I know exactly the people you are talking about at the gym. I just pretend they don't exist.

| It is obvious! They are just being rude! Why would anyone who works on mainly tips say something like that to their customer? i don't get it.
