I found this. Diets and Calories: Eat Water Low Calorie Slim Noodles, Pasta, Rice Review
I wonder if it's the same as the shirataki noodles which are made from yams. Low fat/carb "noodles". I've tried the shirataki and I felt they were great for noodle salads but not for noodle soups. I wonder if the other kind is better. I've never seen them before.
