I fear high intensity bc of my knees. Now that the weather is nice we are starting to swim. The pool in our neighborhood is done but we're just waiting for them to open it. I don't know when though. Maybe the filters have to do their thing for a while? Good things there's lots of pay to get in community pools here. Have to admit though, yesterday all we did was go down the water slides for two hours.
