Almost a week on Herbalife and I must say I am feeling better and I have more energy. My mentor suggested HIIT workouts along with regular gym workouts. So I got 20 minutes of HIIT in on Monday and dam I am so sore! Short workout with high impact. There are free videos on You Tube if anyone wants to check them out. I also did 30 minutes at the gym yesterday too. Hoping I have time to get to the gym today, but IDK. I have a pretty busy day ahead of me. |
