I put a wee bit of salt in while it's cooking, and after its done, a bit of real vanilla extract, bit of br. sugar and stevia. Yummy It is also really quick, about 2 minutes cooking time, once the water boils

Well you do have some sort of weigh scale... your BF. So nice that he is noticing the progress and good on you for keeping it up. I say, if you feel good than the weight doesn't matter. Of course, that is fitting into the clothes you want to fit into

| It's been a few weeks, yikes! Well.February has been super busy so far. I had my friend's bridal shower, then her bachelorette party, then her rehearsal dinner, then the wedding, the reception, after party and after-after party, plus my pre-birthday festivities soooo....I've been very bad haha. its all from alcohol though, food choices have still been very healthy. Haven't gained anything back but havent lost any in a few weeks. Back to the grind now though I'm doing a color run first week of march and I'm trying to actually take it seriously instead of saying I can just walk it for fun with my friends. Hopefully it will warm up so I can run outside again. Brrrrr.Hope yall've been doing well! Last edited by Carmeow; 02-12-2014 at 03:03 PM. |

| So I tried the new under 500 cal bowl from El Pollo Loco. It was actually not bad and very filling! Black beans on the bottom, half steamed broccoli on top and other half chicken breast pieces, cotija cheese (tiny bit) pico de gallo. I added more pico and onion, lemon and avocado salsa.

| hello, I am back from NY and like I knew I would I ate anything and everything I wanted. So I would up almost 7 lbs heavier, I manged to get that back off and now I am a pound lower than when I left but it is getting harder and harder to get the scale to move and that is frustrating since I have given up booze and snacks and eat mainly veggies, yogurt and protein. If my food life is this dull I want results. I increased my exercise as well. LOL I will blame it on being 58, the older you get the harder it is to loose. So my advise for you young gals is get it off now, don't put if off since it will only be harder the older you are.

Their new shrimp tacos are pretty good too, but a tad on the salty side. They put the cilantro ranch on there, so I know it's gotta be fatty.
