hello, I am back from NY and like I knew I would I ate anything and everything I wanted. So I would up almost 7 lbs heavier, I manged to get that back off and now I am a pound lower than when I left but it is getting harder and harder to get the scale to move and that is frustrating since I have given up booze and snacks and eat mainly veggies, yogurt and protein. If my food life is this dull I want results. I increased my exercise as well. LOL I will blame it on being 58, the older you get the harder it is to loose. So my advise for you young gals is get it off now, don't put if off since it will only be harder the older you are. |
