Wow. . . I don't want to open another can of worms but I did feel bad for the Larry92 when I was reading the thread for what people were posting. Just help the poor person already and stop badgering them for something they corrected. Then to follow them into this thread and continue it here of all threads? Again. Wow. . . |

Okay, I've said my peace. I am not typing all of this to get you going again.... I just watched all of that and felt I needed to say something. |

Just a little bit of advice: Next time you feel people are being rude, report it. I have to be honest here with you and tell you that I didn't see any rude comments....but you are new here and perhaps you just didn't realize how it all works. To report something, you click on the exclamation point at the bottom left of your post. I too felt your language about that pup was more offensive than anything that was said to you....you just seemed to be complaining about another person's pup...not your own. I have seen people come here and do that SO many times and the reaction from the forum is exactly what it was to your post. Not rude...just honest about the way you were talking about that pup. I did remain confused about the whole thing because I would think the actual owner would be the one seeking advice if he found the pup offensive. *shrug* I don't know.:confused::confused: |

I don't feel badly for anyone...there was nothing that bad said or done. Much ado if you ask me. Of course you didn't .... lol |
There's been mentioning of "how it goes here". The whole point of this thread being started was stating that "how it goes here" is not working. Okay, I swear that is the last comment I have about this. Back to my yorkie-love attitude! |

I ONLY commented about how I saw your thread. That's all...don't make it more than it is. You got great advice about going to a behaviorist. That IS why you came here. :) There is a great saying .. 'Take what you need and leave the rest behind" . Just because someone says something does NOT make it so. So you apologized? That means that someone won't come along and not see it an d comment?? No...that is what happens. It is just the nature of an online forum. And, remember, there is no tone...you really don't always know a person's intent by reading. Just learn and move on and be happy! This stuff is not worth getting that upset over! |
I am trying but how am I meant to when people bring it up allllllll the time? I don't really need this. I have little jake who needs a lot of help and that why I came here not just to be told I said something the wrong way. As you said you don't know how people mean things over the Internet and people certainly don't know how I meant mine. I'm just going to go back to my life away from places like this that cause people to be upset and feel ganged up on by people they don't know. |
This is a final request to please take personal issues to a personal space: Private Messaging. Any further back-and-forth btwn the 2 parties involved will have to result in a suspension. Let it go. Have some perspective - there are FAR more important things occurring in your worlds than this dust up, surely. |
Good Lawrd . . Make IT Stop !! :( Sometimes I really wish that YT had both Block & Like buttons. |

The topic is to be nice.....new members or old members. Matters not. |

Oh boy :( |
Training can be a lengthy, frustrating process...But the rewards certainly worth it...And there's an awful lot of crazy, silly fun in the process! Haven't we all experienced something like the below?! I'm not being simplistic, really, just a bit light. “‘Go in your basket,’ says [the man] in his sternest voice. And the puppy obeys. Enters the basket, tail down, turns round a time or two - and then leaps out beaming from ear to ear and rushes over for a pat.” - Pam Brown |

Feeling the yt love and spreading that love. Thank you ladies. Message heard. And this might sound like some serious butt kissing but I happen to think Wylie's mom is a lot like King Solomon. Love her wisdom. I am a newbie and learning stuff everyday. Never knew what that exclamation was for. Can't imagine ever needing to use it but I am sure it can be a helpful tool. |
I love what you say about Wylie's Mom and totally agree! She is truly 'The Voice of Reason.' Plus she's funny and kind and knows ever sooo much! I could go on... |
