Sooooooo, when the details get hammered out please let me know. I am not far from SLC (5hrs) and would be able to help that way as well, if needed. But again, I do not think that anyone's income should go to enabling this person to keep breeding very low-quality dogs and selling them to make a profit with no responsibility for what she's producing.

I also thought it was odd that she is supposed to be from Utah, only joined this month and has only posted since this started and also has a dog named Emma, if you read the posts on her profile page. Very unusual coincidences. But none of it is beneficial to Gina so I don't understand what you are hinting at. Did you see the question posed by Ann/Wylie's Mom? Are you willing to accept the offer proposed by Gina to put an end to this so Emma can get on with the important business of finding a HOME? Or are you going to continue to prioritize building a portfolio of "damning" evidence to make a case against Gina? Please just give her money back, including one way of shipping. And please find a more appropriate home for Emma and her special needs, including getting a spay contract or spaying her before rehoming.. I think this has been hard for everyone and maybe we did get more involved than normal but it is because we always think of YorkieTalk breeders as being above the uncaring ways we hear and read about. It is disheartening when one of our own refuses to put the needs of one of the dogs she was responsible for bringing into this world ahead of her need to make a case against a customer. Not that we think being on YT makes anyone perfect, but it should mean that we care more than the run of the mill $$greeder. JMHO. I sincerely hope you will make the right decision.

| I agree that the money needs to go into ensuring Emma finds a forever home. She has been through enough.

| I need to clarify some things here before anything else is said.... Chelsey is NOT a broker. She helps breeders place dogs in appropriate homes. She's probably one of the best breeders I know and sells her dogs only after doing vet checks, home checks, etc like any GOOD breeder who cares about about their dogs would. Her puppies all come with a health guarantee and if ANYTHING is wrong medically or circumstantially, she gladly takes the dog back and refunds the money, no questions asked. PLEASE don't drag Chelsey's name through the mud here. She's a kind, caring person with good quality puppies and was working with me prior to the purchase of Emma but she didn't feel any of the dogs she had available would be a good fit to my home and was HONEST with me about this. She wouldn't dare place a dog in a situation where it wouldn't prosper or she'd have given me what ever and taken my money. But she didn't do that. Instead, she was honest. She was only trying to help place Emma in a proper situation like she should have been in the first place. She cares about what happens but wasn't truly aware of the entire situation or the disposition of Emma. In the end, she was only intending to refer interested people to me. Where Emma went rested on me, NOT Chelsey. All Chelsey was trying to do was get her out there to get her out of my home and where she needed to be. Our intentions for whatever happened with Emma was for the person to come meet her first. Something that if I would have gotten to do, I would have known she wasn't a good fit and we wouldn't be here today.

| Ya know...it breaks my heart to see Emma tossed around like an old piece of furniture. She is a living being and deserves more respect then that. After borrowing 3,500 myself for Missy's emergency leg surgery, I can not afford to help financially. I kind of agree with Amanda though. Is donating money really the solution to this problem? I think it's up to Jasmanea to get Emma back and rehome her. I just could not live with myself if I put a dog into this type of situation and didn't fix it.

| I am so happy that I am new here. I don't know the seller or the buyer. Therefore I can say honestly how I see things after reading TWENTY pages of this. I believe this post should have been closed awhile back. Reviews were no longer being given. It eventually came to taking sides as the posts continued. I may be mistaken but I believe in the beginning the buyer said the seller would give her money back but not shipping. The seller also said she offered to reimburse her. The thread should have stopped right there. Now there is all this mud slinging that starts toward the seller, maybe deserving, maybe not. But if I had a hundred people jumping on me, I would probably start to become angry and back away too. And the main reason I would have been pissed was because all this personnel stuff was allowed to continue, to page 21? This became more than a review. The more posts that were allowed, the more heated it became. Everyone loves their Yorkies so of course we look at the dog first. So here we are, 21 pages later and what really was resolved? If we stopped a long time ago, it might have been resolved. I think we were just adding fuel to a already existing fire. It is amazing how things grow, how words are changed. Kinda like playing telephone in the 1st grade. Say a sentence and pass it on. What you hear at the end is not even close to what the real sentence was. I truly believe in my heart that this thread should be closed. Perhaps if the drama were ended, maybe something could happen. I said maybe. lol As a Administrator on another board, not dog related, we are well away of how dangerous posts can become if allowed to go too long. Next you have people against people, not healthy for any forum. I hope I don't get banned for expressing my opinion. I'm not bashing buyer or seller. Just hoping you'll all agree that Admin. should now close the thread. And more important, hoping and praying that Emma will finally come to some peace in a loving, forever home. Peace |

| Thor's Human Donating Member | I applaud everyone who has offered to help financially or with time. I know that admin said a few weeks ago that YT does not allow donation solicitations because of the possibility of fraud. I want to do the right thing here while respecting the rules of YT. Assuming this cannot be worked out between the buyer and the seller, is there a way to move this off YT? My first thought is that someone with a website could set up a temporary page with a summary of the situation and someone like Wylie's Mom can handle the funds. Alternatively, if this is okay, maybe a seller could post "Emma shares" for sale and those interested can "buy" via Paypal. Clearly there are a lot of "if"s here, but want to figure out a way people can help.

Just from a legal stand point, I think it's Jasmanea's responsibility to give a refund for Emma.
