I agree. But I absolutely 100% WILL NOT send one cent of my hard-earned money to let this horrible "breeder" get off scott-free. People like this make me ill and I will not enable this type of behavior.
Sooooooo, when the details get hammered out please let me know. I am not far from SLC (5hrs) and would be able to help that way as well, if needed.
But again, I do not think that anyone's income should go to enabling this person to keep breeding very low-quality dogs and selling them to make a profit with no responsibility for what she's producing.
