Did you see the question posed by Ann/Wylie's Mom? Are you willing to accept the offer proposed by Gina to put an end to this so Emma can get on with the important business of finding a HOME? Or are you going to continue to prioritize building a portfolio of "damning" evidence to make a case against Gina? Please just give her money back, including one way of shipping. And please find a more appropriate home for Emma and her special needs, including getting a spay contract or spaying her before rehoming..

I think this has been hard for everyone and maybe we did get more involved than normal but it is because we always think of YorkieTalk breeders as being above the uncaring ways we hear and read about. It is disheartening when one of our own refuses to put the needs of one of the dogs she was responsible for bringing into this world ahead of her need to make a case against a customer. Not that we think being on YT makes anyone perfect, but it should mean that we care more than the run of the mill $. JMHO. I sincerely hope you will make the right decision.
