| I don't blame you one bit for being pissed. I would be livid. And for both of the groomer and the manager to not even acknowledge that they screwed up is even more sickening. I would definately be writing/calling someone to have my complaint heard, and be dealt with. You should be compensated in some way. It was blatently written in the computer and the groomer chose to ignore the instructions..... shame on them all. Makes me never want to go there for anything, and tell my friends and family not to either. So much for customer service anymore!!! Let us know if you get justice. Good luck!

| I'm sorry!! I'm sure your babies are still precious but I know how you feel. I would call AND write a letter to the regional office. You deserve an apology!

| I would write a letter to Petsmart explaining the treatment you recieved and that you felt like you weren't respected. Try and make the letter very nice, formal and non threatening. tell them you love petsmart and how much you spend there last year (receipts would be good) and that you're so upset you can't bring yourself to shop there anymore. Tell them you understand it was a mistake, but the manager should of done more to help you feel a little less upset rather than upsetting you further. Chances are good you will get a nice letter plus coupons. Include your local stores location and the manager's & groomers name if you know it. And pictures of your dogs before and after might help also.

| (888) 839-9638 That is the main customer service #. I would call it and raise hell if I were you. This is a chain store and they usually take pride in what they do. They should not treat you like crap. Here is another # to them just in case you get no where with that one. (800) 738-1385 ext. 2518 Im so sorry that you had to go through this. I would call and write as many times as I had to until something was done. DId you pay for the grooming?? If so I would also demand your money back. DO you remember the groomers name or the managers name?? If not I would get it. If you cant go back in the store then I would send some one else in and have them get the names. |

| I'd take it a step further and report them to the Better Business Bureau! http://www.bbb.org/ No paying customer deserves that kind of treatment. The best advise is to write letters and don't give up in complaining - they NEED to train these people better - they get PAID to do a job and to me if they can't they need a new line of work and let someone qualified step in and take their place. This sounds like an epidemic - I just read about the SAME thing happening ona site...and the other person actually went back and met with managers PLUS... took her yorkies to her vet AND took pictures - Grooming a yorkie is NOT HARD ! What on earth is wrong with these groomers - or should I say CLERKS WITH CLIPPERS ? they're NOT groomers if they cut like that. this happens way too often...If it was a person they would never shave our heads - why shave a yorkie unless absolutely necessary and then ONLY with our permission ? I know it will grow back but in the meantime - you have every right to be upset. I would file a complain with the BBB and start there. |

| You need to find you a smalltime groomer that she doesn't have to groom so many dogs a day! One that you dogs are good with and she is good to the dogThese change store groomer get payed by the dog and to do so many a day! Shaving them off is faster and less time!If you are keeping them in coat all you need to do is comb them and trim the hair around the feet and butt! They well grow back! Sometimes even better! | You would think the amount of money that Petsmart is going to lose in grooming from people like us that have heard about a horrible experience would cost alot less than a couple of free groomings. If they had slobbered all over themselves apologizing, then offered not to charge you for the grooming AND next grooming is free to show you that they are not entirely incompetent ('cause stuff DOES happen), you would still be mad about your babies, but at least Petsmart would have saved some of their reputation as a caring, sympathetic pet company. I for one, will not ever go to them now.
