I don't blame you one bit for being pissed. I would be livid. And for both of the groomer and the manager to not even acknowledge that they screwed up is even more sickening.

I would definately be writing/calling someone to have my complaint heard, and be dealt with. You should be compensated in some way. It was blatently written in the computer and the groomer chose to ignore the instructions..... shame on them all. Makes me never want to go there for anything, and tell my friends and family not to either. So much for customer service anymore!!!
