You would think the amount of money that Petsmart is going to lose in grooming from people like us that have heard about a horrible experience would cost alot less than a couple of free groomings.

If they had slobbered all over themselves apologizing, then offered not to charge you for the grooming AND next grooming is free to show you that they are not entirely incompetent ('cause stuff DOES happen), you would still be mad about your babies, but at least Petsmart would have saved some of their reputation as a caring, sympathetic pet company.

I for one, will not ever go to them now.
