That's great, Shelby's Mom! I would definitely write them a letter, with both names of the employees. You should definitely not have been treated that way. If nothing gets done then you should definitely contact BBB. I've lost all faith in Petsmart's grooming practices. My cousin took her dog there and he came back shaking and with a bloody nose. I forgot the groomer's lame excuse, but my aunt worked her way up the company and no one cared. My cousin called our local Humane Society and they said they preferred to stay out of the situation since they have an adoption center in Petsmart! Let us know if you have any luck.
