| Myspoiledpup.com I am having the worst experience with Myspoiledpup.com. Not only do I think they are RUDE and have horrible service, I'm not even getting the product I paid for now. I ordered a leather carrier that costs $90. After almost 2 months, I finally got it, it was dirty, damaged, and smelled SO BAD like smoke. I ordered two shirts too, and they both smelled awful too. I could wash those, but not the carrier. So, after many e-mails, they agree to exchange it. So, I send it back. Wait, wait, and wait some more. Nothing. I e-mail them and they act like they have no idea what I am talking about. It has been a month since I sent the dirty carrier back. So, I forward the e-mails and that somehow jogs their memory. BUT, then I get the run around some more, lots more rude e-mails...and now, nothing. They won't respond, they won't send the new carrier, they won't issue the refund. Does anyone have any advice for me? I am not made of money and don't appreciate such a company with in my opinion the worst customer service ever having my money with nothing to show for it. I just want to get the word out on them so that no one else has to go through what in my opinion is completely ridiculous. Thanks for letting me vent,

| Bitsy, if you used your credit card (which I'm sure you did since you ordered online) then you can dispute the charge with your credit card company based on the facts you presented above. Also, find the Better Business Bureau site for that state and file a report with them. I did that for a company I ordered a pair of shoes from online. They sent the wrong color, and I've yet to receive a refund on my returns. It's frustrating!! Good luck! |

| Yes, definitely dispute it with your credit card company, and then tell everyone you know in person and online (like here at YorkieTalk and other pet forums) about the HORRIBLE service they provide. That's what I do when something like that happens! |

| I wish I would have used my credit card. I used my check card. So, the money came directly from my checking account. I've learned my lesson on that though. I will never use anything but a regular credit card again when I order via the internet. Still haven't heard back from them. I sent them another e-mail yesterday and today. I don't know how companies (or anyone) can feel o.k. with just keeping someone else's money. It's pretty sick. Thanks for sympathizing with me,

| Bitsy - I am so sorry you have gone through this aggrivation. I also had a similar experience with a pet company and unfortunately cannot recall the name of them. Thank you for letting us know this site so we can all be aware not to go there. I do hope they make this right for you, and I can totally understand your frustration! You can get online with the BBB in your area and post a complaint also.

| Thanks for the heads up!! I've been looking at that site and was contemplating ordering some stuff. Not anymore!! The same thing happened to me on ebay. I ordered a collar and charm for Roxy and I never got it. I left negative feedback and the seller posted a reply flat out lying saying that she had sent me 17 emails regarding a correct address. I never received even one email from her and told her to forward the 17 to me so I can see them. Of course she couldnt do that. Needless to say I got my money back after I filed a complaint through PayPal. I hope everything works out for you and thanks again for letting us all know. |

| You can still do a charge back with your debit card. You should always use a real cc or PayPal you can get your money back with too. How terrible I feel really bad for you ,,,,A business should never try to beat a customer. Its just really bad Biz! Bottom line if you dont have an item or cant get it just refund the money. If I cant get an item to somone for just 2 weeks I'm pulling my hair out worring about it .Thats why I like to keep most items stocked. I like to have the sale out the door in 24 hr. I wish you all the luck, Teri http://www.bowwowcouture.com |

| Well, I still have not heard back from them. I looked into a complaint with paypal, but you have to log the complaint within like a month or something since the purchase. Well, what happens if they take longer than a month to even ship? I'm still going to log the complaint and see what happens. I can't believe they won't even respond now. I am in shock that they are doing this. My order total came to $180 on that order. You'd think they'd want to keep me happy. Oh well, I'll gladly place my doggie item orders elsewhere!!!

| Hi Bitsy, Sorry to hear what happened.I think that if you paid with paypal and they did an instant transfer from your bank account you can contact your bank and explain that you didn't get your item and that it was a fraud and they can put the money back in your account.I don't know about your bank but I can file with my bank for up to 90 days. It's worth a try.You have nothing to lose.I hate it when people take advantage of others hard earnd money.Especially over the internet.I hope this helped...

| I guess I got lucky, I placed an order with that company and got my Jazzy bed fast and painlessly. My girlfriend ordered a carrier and some clothes and had pretty much the exact same experience as you are having, they did refund her money tho after she sent numerous emails and called. I order alot from Brooke at www.imapreciouspup.com and have had nothing but wonderful experiences with her. I probably will not go back to ebay after hearing the horror stories. |
