Well, I still have not heard back from them. I looked into a complaint with paypal, but you have to log the complaint within like a month or something since the purchase. Well, what happens if they take longer than a month to even ship? I'm still going to log the complaint and see what happens.
I can't believe they won't even respond now. I am in shock that they are doing this. My order total came to $180 on that order.
You'd think they'd want to keep me happy. Oh well, I'll gladly place my doggie item orders elsewhere!!!
