I am having the worst experience with Myspoiledpup.com. Not only do I think they are RUDE and have horrible service, I'm not even getting the product I paid for now.

I ordered a leather carrier that costs $90. After almost 2 months, I finally got it, it was dirty, damaged, and smelled SO BAD like smoke. I ordered two shirts too, and they both smelled awful too. I could wash those, but not the carrier.

So, after many e-mails, they agree to exchange it. So, I send it back. Wait, wait, and wait some more. Nothing. I e-mail them and they act like they have no idea what I am talking about. It has been a month since I sent the dirty carrier back. So, I forward the e-mails and that somehow jogs their memory. BUT, then I get the run around some more, lots more rude e-mails...and now, nothing. They won't respond, they won't send the new carrier, they won't issue the refund.

Does anyone have any advice for me? I am not made of money and don't appreciate such a company with in my opinion the worst customer service ever having my money with nothing to show for it.

I just want to get the word out on them so that no one else has to go through what in my opinion is completely ridiculous.
