The same thing happened to me on ebay. I ordered a collar and charm for Roxy and I never got it. I left negative feedback and the seller posted a reply flat out lying saying that she had sent me 17 emails regarding a correct address. I never received even one email from her and told her to forward the 17 to me so I can see them. Of course she couldnt do that. Needless to say I got my money back after I filed a complaint through PayPal. I hope everything works out for you and thanks again for letting us all know.
