Sorry to hear what happened.I think that if you paid with paypal and they did an instant transfer from your bank account you can contact your bank and explain that you didn't get your item and that it was a fraud and they can put the money back in your account.I don't know about your bank but I can file with my bank for up to 90 days.It's worth a try.You have nothing to lose.I hate it when people take advantage of others hard earnd money.Especially over the internet.I hope this helped...
