I actually would send an email or call and TELL them you are going to tell EVERYONE you know on the net about their service ...and unless they take care of you - you will follow thru with this threat - I would tell them you'll make it your new mission in life ! lol....man - that really rots !

it's wrong of them and they know it....Bad publicity in the small dog shopping world is something they may not want - It may not work - but I would sure try !

I've been in Chicago and then Florida so I haven't had a chance to read on here in a while.

They have still NOT refunded me or sent me the carrier. They are so ridiculous and SO RUDE. Please spread the word about my story, I'd hate to see anyone go through what I have had to go through. I'm going to try calling my bank and seeing what they can do.

I work at a bank and here we can fill out a fraudulent form and one of the choices on it, is that you have not recived merchandise.
I'm not sure of your bank but we are quick here to get your money back for you. (not sure if this helped just thought I would let you know).

Does anyone have any advice for me? I am not made of money and don't appreciate such a company with in my opinion the worst customer service ever having my money with nothing to show for it.

I just want to get the word out on them so that no one else has to go through what in my opinion is completely ridiculous.

BITSY........If you paid by credit card.......call them.......they will remove it off your bill immediately. I always pay by cc or paypal for that very reason.
