| I bought two sets of jumpers from her.. they came in the mail today.. they look beautiful.. but to be honest.. the quality of the material is not so great.. and there were a lot of threads hanging from them.. Kayah is in heat now and doesn't want to do anything.. but once she's better.. I will make a new thread and post pictures.. and I'll let you know if they're still in once piece

| Debbie, You emailed me and stated you bought 3- pair of diapers from us and said all 3 did not work for you. You also stated you had found some new items elsewhere, and you needed me to refund the diapers i had made so you could pay for the new items you bought, But you also threw our items in the trash and said they were all stained from use. To be honest when I recieved your email it really upset me to know something of this nature went out our doors. So We offered for you to return the items, and we would send new items exactly as the same. along with refunding your return postage. You threatened to contact everyone on yorkie talk- and other groups and all over the web to let them know how bad I am. and you have done that. I am again very sorry you feel this way. If you buy a shirt at say sears, and say it isnt up to par to what your wanting, you dont exspect them to give a refund without returning the item. and Again I am turning this over to our attorney, All conversations where recorded and stated to you this. I think doing something of this nature is very unkind. I am so sorry for anyone to have to read or hear of this issue. We ask you to keep all our good business tractions in your mind during the years. and dis-regaurd all this. I am so embarrassed over something of this nature being done. Rena |

I made every attempt to work this out with you. Yes I wasnt willing to retuurn them cause my female did have them on for less then 2 hours and had blood stains in them since shes in heat. I would have returned them like you asked , but for a refund not to have them remade since they quality wasnt good enought to hold up for longer then 2 hours. I'm sorry it had to come to this, as I dont like to be the one to tell people about poor quality. You should have stood behind your products better. If only 1 product fell apart I would have been more then glad to exchange them, but not when all 3 of them fell apart. I'm sorry but you should make better quality products or be willing to give refunds once in awhile. Last edited by tiggerr36792; 04-23-2007 at 04:12 PM. | |

| I'm gonna put in my two cents even though I know I should shut up....and PLEASE everyone note, I am NOT taking sides or blaming anyone. Okay, there's my disclaimer. Now, I've never bought anything from the seller in question, but how can you get a refund without returning the products? Even if they were soiled, you wash them, and return them. That's what I would have done. And Rena, I'm not an attorney, but I don't know if you should waste your time and energy on an attorney...oh yeah, and your money. There will be a time in your life that people are not going to like your products, whether they are great or not. It's a person's perogotive not to like something. My mother is a GREAT eBayer and she gets people leaving her negatives and neutrals for no reason. If you stand behind your products, and many YTers have bought them, I think your rep will be okay.

| I'm not taking sides here either. I've purchased a pair of pj's from Rena and was pleased w/the quality for the money I spent and would reccommend her to others. I know that you're dissapointed with the diapers you received, but it does clearly state on the main page of her website that if a product is defective it will be exchanged for the same exact product. Possibly it could have been a sewing error or something of the like that could have been corrected with a new pair being made. Again, I do understand your frustration and I hope that there can be some resolve. |

| BANNED! | I will gladly return these to you for a refund. How can you expect me to allow you to remake them when not 1 but all 3 of them fell apart??? I would love to work this out on a more amicable basis, however I truely feel if you stand behind your products then give me a refund as i would rather not receive or have any more trouble with them falling apart a second time. I'm willing to compromise how about you??? |

| This conversation is now going on on so many threads that I'm confused However, let me just say this: I do not think you are horrible for sharing your experience. I just want to be sure that all sides are represented. It takes years to build up a good reputation and only moments to tear one down. As a repeated, and yes, satisfied customer, I have to speak for her. Also...I have a friend who owns a huge, extremely, high-end internet retail business. She gets customers all the time wanting to return this or that for whatever reason. But, she requires that they adhere to the return policy. From time to time people try to report her, whatever. BUT, her policy is clearly stated on her website. If Rena's policy is return for like item, and it's posted, then I do think it's unfair to claim she doesn't stand behind her products when you weren't willing to stick to the return policy. Businesses can't just change the rules because someone complains.

| Oh my goodness I have never been so confused in my life, I have to say I am so sorry to everyone, and so sorry this subject was ever brought onto the site, I am so embarrassed . Those of you who knows us I appreciate you, those of you who do not know us we are very sorry this has passed your way. All we can say is we did offer to replace or refund but was told the items where tossed away. Giving us no options, We refuse to argue. But can say we have been in business since 1984 and we have always stood by are reputation. if we didnt we wouldnt still be here. Debbie, you were treated with every effort to resolve the issue. And we regret you feeling this way. We cannot refund an item that your not will to return. I will not argue with you nor further this. Again I am very sorry everyone has been pulled into this issue. Cannot express this enough. Rena |
