| BANNED! | I didnt see her website at all. I was referred by a friend who gave me her email address and I just emailed her what I needed so I never saw any refund policy and if its okay for her to make poor quality products that fall apart and not provide refunds then so be it ...Im tired of having to explain myself and my opinion of poor quality...How many of you are willing to just sit by and shut up about poor quality??????? Im only offering my opinion and my experience "TAKE IT FOR WHAT ITS WORTH" and thats all. I'm glad she has good as well as bad reviews so people can be the judge fr thenselves. |

| I have only had favorable transactions with Rena and barkindog ... so I can only say to those who read about this "fluke," please remember that it is just that... a FLUKE. I am so confident in Rena's work and honesty, that I have referred friends to her website unconditionally.

| you have every right to post your experience ... and thatz all I was trying to do. I am really sorry you had such a bad experience ... I am sure it was not her usual good quality, and sometimes, you just forgive, forget, and move on. Perhaps the quality control person had a bad day! I can attest that many of her products and clothing are usually A-1! Quote:

| No Longer a Member | I have never ordered from Barkindogclothes, so I cannot speak about the quality. But if you have purchased something and want a refund, here's what you do: Send the items back to the company with a letter explaining your problem. Let them know that you would like a refund. Make sure that you either insure the package or get a delivery confirmation. After you have sent the returned items, if you have paid with a credit card, contact your credit card company and ask to dispute the charge. Calmly explain your situation. Provide them with the tracking number to the return. If you still retain possession of the goods in question, you have no right to a refund. If you have returned the items, the credit card company will often reverse small charges immediately with the proof of return (tracking number). Many businesses do not want to incur chargeback fees, and would rather simply give a refund than deal with chargeback. This part of the transaction deals with what is legally entitled within reason per the return policy. Beyond this is a question of customer service. You would not be entitled to the cost to return the items unless it was promised as part of the return policy. However, some retailers choose to offer that to insure your satisfaction with the hope that you will continue to be their customer. What you are entitled to, and what you might hope to receive by way of customer service are two different things. There are many times that I have chosen not to do business with certain companies because I did not like their customer service. In a market with so many choices, it is often customer service that sets companies apart. That choice is yours to make, and you are entitled to choose to do business with companies whose level of service is satisfactory to you. I hope you are able to work this out. Good luck. |
