I didnt see her website at all. I was referred by a friend who gave me her email address and I just emailed her what I needed so I never saw any refund policy and if its okay for her to make poor quality products that fall apart and not provide refunds then so be it ...Im tired of having to explain myself and my opinion of poor quality...How many of you are willing to just sit by and shut up about poor quality??????? Im only offering my opinion and my experience "TAKE IT FOR WHAT ITS WORTH" and thats all. I'm glad she has good as well as bad reviews so people can be the judge fr thenselves.

I told you several times I would return them for a cash refund. What I wasnt willing to do is get more poor quality products back in return. How many times do you expect me to say i would return them for a refund????
At this point just keep the money. I have said my piece and its obvious you dont care about customer satisfaction. You obviously need the money more then I do, I'm just glad other potential customers see both sides of a bad review.

so I can only say to those who read about this "fluke,"
please remember that it is just that... a FLUKE.

I am so confident in Rena's work and honesty,
that I have referred friends to her website
unconditionally.

I cannot say the same unfortunately. I'm tired of having to defend myself against poor quality products I received from her. Perhaps if I post pictures of her products she made me then people would see why I'm upset she wont give me a refund for poor quality products. I honestly thought that people had a right to know when sellers don't stand behind their work and that is why I posted my review. I felt it was only fair for people to see both sides of this sellers products.

I am sure it was not her usual good quality,
and sometimes, you just forgive, forget, and move on.

Perhaps the quality control person had a bad day!
I can attest that many of her products and clothing
are usually A-1!

I have never ordered from Barkindogclothes, so I cannot speak about the quality. But if you have purchased something and want a refund, here's what you do:

Send the items back to the company with a letter explaining your problem. Let them know that you would like a refund. Make sure that you either insure the package or get a delivery confirmation.

After you have sent the returned items, if you have paid with a credit card, contact your credit card company and ask to dispute the charge. Calmly explain your situation. Provide them with the tracking number to the return. If you still retain possession of the goods in question, you have no right to a refund. If you have returned the items, the credit card company will often reverse small charges immediately with the proof of return (tracking number).

Many businesses do not want to incur chargeback fees, and would rather simply give a refund than deal with chargeback.

This part of the transaction deals with what is legally entitled within reason per the return policy. Beyond this is a question of customer service. You would not be entitled to the cost to return the items unless it was promised as part of the return policy. However, some retailers choose to offer that to insure your satisfaction with the hope that you will continue to be their customer.

What you are entitled to, and what you might hope to receive by way of customer service are two different things.

There are many times that I have chosen not to do business with certain companies because I did not like their customer service. In a market with so many choices, it is often customer service that sets companies apart. That choice is yours to make, and you are entitled to choose to do business with companies whose level of service is satisfactory to you.
