If you buy a shirt at say sears, and say it isnt up to par to what your wanting, you dont exspect them to give a refund without returning the item. and Again I am turning this over to our attorney, All conversations where recorded and stated to you this. I think doing something of this nature is very unkind.
I am so sorry for anyone to have to read or hear of this issue. We ask you to keep all our good business tractions in your mind during the years. and dis-regaurd all this. I am so embarrassed over something of this nature being done.

I made every attempt to work this out with you. Yes I wasnt willing to retuurn them cause my female did have them on for less then 2 hours and had blood stains in them since shes in heat. I would have returned them like you asked , but for a refund not to have them remade since they quality wasnt good enought to hold up for longer then 2 hours. I'm sorry it had to come to this, as I dont like to be the one to tell people about poor quality. You should have stood behind your products better. If only 1 product fell apart I would have been more then glad to exchange them, but not when all 3 of them fell apart. I'm sorry but you should make better quality products or be willing to give refunds once in awhile.
