Donating Member | I'm REALLY surprised at this...Rena has been in business as long as I've been online...she was one of the 1st vendors I heard about when I got Chanel and this is the 1st time I've seen something negative. I don't order alot but am always looking and reading - One thing I've always noticed about Rena's clothes is she's stayed affordable AND she has excellent customer service. I really hope you can work this out because she does have a great reputation ...and it's one she earned. |

| OP, please don't take my comments personally, I just feel I need to speak for her. Different thread, different day, this will be the furthest thing from my mind. Certainly, you should return defective products and even tell us about them here. I even understand your desire for a refund. But, if that's not store policy, that's the way it is. All retail establishments operate that way.

| BANNED! | I threw them in the garbage and when she said she wanted them back I dug them out of the outside garbage can. I was willing to launder then and send them back , but she wasnt willing to give me a refund. I feel I was willing to do this properly, but what im not willing to do is receive products replaced since not 1 but all 3 of these diapers fell apart. |

| As that is posted on her site, how can you say she doesn't stand behind by not offering a refund??? She offered to stick to her policy. That didn't suit. period.
